I was born and raised in a small provincial town in Greece, a country with a rich history where family holds a deeply meaningful and distinctive place.<\/p>

For as long as I can remember, I felt I had an abundance of love that I wanted to share with the world around me. I was always deeply sensitive to the way others felt and guided by an instinctive need for understanding and compassion.<\/p>

So, when the time came to choose my professional path, it was this inner calling that first led me to study Law\u2014a field I love because it taught me how to support and help people with structure, clarity and thoughtful reasoning.<\/p>

After spending several years in a world shaped by rules and logic, my own Big Bang arrived\u2026<\/p>

I became a mother.<\/p>

Motherhood found me living in another country, far from my homeland and the people closest to me. I remember feeling a profound need for community, empathy and a safe, judgement-free space where I could truly connect with others.<\/p>

I began to understand parents on an entirely new and much deeper level. That was also when my meaningful involvement with parents began\u2014informally at first.<\/p>

Local parenting groups, seminars, countless hours of reading and research, as well as friendly gatherings filled with honest conversations and shared experiences\u2014often with people from a very different cultural background\u2014showed me the strength that lies in authentic presence and mutual support throughout the parenting journey.<\/p>

The challenges I experienced while bringing my children into the world and raising them through those first sensitive years in another country led to a profound personal transformation.<\/p>

My Greek outlook on life became enriched by a different way of being and raising children.
This blend\u2014the emotion of Greece and the structure of Switzerland\u2014became an extraordinary gift in my life. It taught me that parenting is not a perfectly straight path, nor is it simply black or white.<\/p>

Parenting is not about perfection. It is about something much simpler: presence.<\/strong><\/p>

I experienced first-hand both the richness and the limitations of each culture. I discovered that each world holds the key to something the other may be missing, and I wanted to become a bridge between them\u2014to share the value of this cultural exchange.<\/p>

For Greek parents, I wanted to bring elements of the Swiss approach: organisation, calm and a deep trust in a child\u2019s autonomy.<\/p>

For parents in Switzerland, I wanted to offer a reminder of the warmth, spontaneity, emotion and profound sense of connection that are so deeply rooted in the Greek spirit.<\/p>

Through this transformation, my desire was born to make my own small contribution towards changing our society for the better.<\/p>

And what could be more meaningful than beginning at its very foundation?<\/p>

With parents.<\/p>

So, I decided to give myself a chance and follow what I felt was my new calling.<\/p>

I completed the Parent Coaching Institute\u2019s year-long training programme, offered in collaboration with the Department of Education at Seattle Pacific University, and became a PCI Certified Parent Coach\u00ae.<\/p>

At the same time, I created my own brand, The Parent\u2019s Palette, to offer parents a space for inspiration, support and guidance.<\/p>

Today, I help parents rediscover their strengths and reconnect with their values. My goal is to help you embrace your own unique parenting journey with greater clarity and confidence.<\/p>

I currently live in beautiful Thessaloniki with my family, where every day I continue learning how to embrace the beautiful chaos of family life and create a daily rhythm that feels slower, calmer and more meaningful.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
